Tuna Mac
Ingredients:
- 16 oz box macaroni (I use high protein pasta)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp ground clover
- 2- 12 oz cans Albacore tuna, packed in water and drained
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 shallot, diced
Directions:
- Cook 16 ounces box elbow macaroni according to direction on package.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 Tbsp celery seed and clover.
- Stir in the drained tuna.
- Once macaroni is cooked, drain well and rinse with cold water until pasta has cooled. Pour drained macaroni into a large bowl.
- Pour mayonnaise mixture onto pasta.
- Then add 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, and 1 shallot, diced. Stir well.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for a couple of hours prior to serving.
