Tuna Mac

Tuna Mac

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz box macaroni (I use high protein pasta)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise 
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp ground clover
  • 2- 12 oz cans Albacore tuna, packed in water and drained
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 shallot, diced

Directions:

  1. Cook 16 ounces box elbow macaroni according to direction on package.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 Tbsp celery seed and clover.
  3. Stir in the drained tuna.
  4. Once macaroni is cooked, drain well and rinse with cold water until pasta has cooled.  Pour drained macaroni into a large bowl.
  5. Pour mayonnaise mixture onto pasta.
  6. Then add 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, and 1 shallot, diced.  Stir well.
  7. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for a couple of hours prior to serving.
